SYNTHESIS OF VELOCITY AND POSITIONAL CORRECTION PARAMETERS IN THE SINS |

A technique for the synthesis of correction parameters providing a minimum of the SINS output error variance is considered. Variants of velocity and positional correction in horizontal channels are investigated. The optimal correction coefficients are determined based on the method of modal root control of a closed system – the method of standard coefficients. The relationship between the variances of accelerometers and gyroscopes errors in the body frame axes with variances of errors in the local-level frame axes are shown. The numerical
calculation of the correction coefficients is presented using the example of minimizing the most important parameter of the corrected SINS – the orientation error (error of vertical).
