KALMAN FILTER WITH LINEAR TREND IN THE CORRECTION SCHEME OF AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION SYSTEMS |

The correction scheme of the inertial navigation system in the output signal is considered using estimation algorithms. The estimation algorithms, namely, linear, non-linear Kalman filters and non-linear Kalman filters with a genetic algorithm are investigated. A method has been developed for modifying the linear Kalman filter by building a model of the process assessed by means of a linear trend. To evaluate the performance and accuracy of the Kalman filter modification, modeling was used based on laboratory experiment data with the serial inertial navigation system NC-30. The simulation results demonstrated a fairly high accuracy of information processing by the proposed algorithm. A comparative analysis of the developed algorithm with a linear Kalman filter and a non-linear Kalman filter equipped with a genetic algorithm is presented.
