Statement of a problem of construction of intelligent
control system of tethered aircraft

In publication given the task of synthesis of the intellectual control (regulation) system for tethered aircraft (kite), which can be used in environment of the time-variable of wind power. The conditions for stabilization the height of this type of aircraft in conditions of stability at the rate secured by his air-dynamic characteristics. As the single dimension control impact proposed to use the angle of attack of the aircraft or the tension force of the tether (rope). Computer modeling of the behavior of the simplest variants of systems of stabilization based on the of integrating and proportional controller and shows their limited possibilities of stabilization in the conditions of disturbance in the form of variable speed wind. Formulated conditions for robust stability of the object. The task of synthesis of automatic control system for their support set, in form of intelligent operators for the synthesis of control goal, for the prediction of the behavior of the object and for selection of the control strategy.
