The paper presents a method of quantitative estimation of the channels interaction for the control systems of the time variant dynamic objects on the basis of construction con-trollability and observability gramians. The difference between the proposed method from known is the absence of such restriction as requiring of stability control processes. The algorithm of an estimation of the channels interaction for control systems of dynamic objects extended to the bilinear system; the construction of solutions for the state vector and for the formation gramians of bilinear systems is simplified relative to linear and non-linear systems. The transition matrix of the bilinear system is determined by the numerical method - the formation of the product integral; it is shown that the transition matrix of bilinear system is a one-parameter Lie group. The presented method for determining the interaction matrix can be used for both channels and subsystems of the control system of the time variant dynamic objects. The example of the mutual influence of channels for the gyrostat control system is presented. The symmetric polynomials that are invariant with respect to the action of the transformation group on the state vector are constructed.
