Hlyzova Observation latitudinal dependence of delusion of precision values and positioning errors is considered. It is found that there is a significant difference in a satellite angular configuration of the current navigation constellation on the different observation latitudes. An obvious latitudinal positioning error dependence is shown. The results we found prove the necessity to utilize artificial means of GPS and GLONASS delusion of precision improving at high latitudes on a regular basis. It can be very efficient to utilize optimal-shaped non spherical functions in order to improve delusion of precision values as well. Key words: geometrical delusion of precision; positioning errors.
