On low-frequency force-balance accelerometer dynamic behavior formation rules |

Peculiarities of low-frequency force-balance accelerometer dynamic behavior and vibrostability are examined. We have determined that accelerometer dynamic behavior does not depend so much on a correcting unit switching-on mode, as on the unit pertinence to circuits of forward or backward transformation. Results of correcting unit synthesis that provide possibility to control dynamic behavior of accelerometers with heavy negative feedback are given. We show that dynamic response optimization methods based on estimates of output compliance with given requirements do not ensure positive result in practicable devices which components operating modes are limited by finite values of displacements, supply voltages, power etс. |
