Thus the universality of formalization practically of any applied navigational task described by bad observability of the required solution is reached. The technology of synthesis of procedures of obtaining of adaptive vector of the factors allowing in the best way to combine data of measurements and aprioristic data, submitted as limitations-inequalities is offered for maintenance of constructibility to methods of operative estimation of orbits parameters of again found out objects.
