Magnetic-impulse installations for tests of aerospace technics products on shock influences |

Main principles and circuits of magnetic-pulse acceleration of macrobodies until high speeds for carrying out shock tests of aerospace technics are considered. The mathematical model of a magnetic-pulse throwing is resulted. The program for modelling work of the throwing installation, which allows revealing character of dependence of throwing bodies speed from various factors, and the characteristic dependences received with the help of this program are submitted. Adequacy of mathematical model to physical process of the magnetic-pulse throwing of conducting bodies is confirmed by the experimental data received during pre-production operation of installation. It is shown, that application of magnetic-pulse throwing installations for carrying out of the aerospace technics shock tests will essentially lower expenses on ground test and will raise efficiency, reliability and selfdescriptiveness tests. |
