Voronov, M.A. Il’ina “TeKnol”Ltd. has developed and began manufacturing of the Flight Control System for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) based on the proprietary integrated inertial navigation system (INS). The implementation of INS in flight control system provides fully autonomous flight according programmed flight plan and robust motion control. The INS comprises MEMS sensors and implements strap-down system principles. The accuracy performance of the INS is at the range equitable with navigation systems for big aircrafts. UAV equipped with flight control system perform reconnaissance and surveying missions under all weather conditions and require minimal ground crew training.
