Vlasov, S.G. Sementsov The basic structures of management of the systems of the active extinguishing of noise of aviation technique are considered in work. Efficiency of the adaptive systems, using the model of transmission function of management object is shown. The method of design of functions of transmissions is offered on the basis of numeral decisions.
