Forecasting of radiation resistance and reliability of electronic equipment (ее) using instrumental methods |

Failures of ЕЕ due to the impact of ionizing radiation (IR) of nuclear weapons along with working conditions (temperature, humidity, etc) have some specific peculiarities seen, firstly, from a point of view of degradation of electronic component parameters as a result of structural defects dependable on the levels of IR and, secondly, because ЕЕ radiation resistance should be determined by means of keeping stability of the parameters within the established norms during and after the impact of IR in the whole service life of the equipment. Taking this into consideration it is expedient to estimate the applicability of evaluation methods and methods of ensuring reliability in case of IR impact on ЕЕ of spaceship control systems and to select and develop measures to provide ЕЕ radiation resistance based on this. The article is doing with these issues. |
