Analysis of the Influence of Operational
Factors on the Efficiency of Functioning
of Stellar Orientation Devices |

The operating conditions of onboard optical-electronic means are considered. The main factors of
outer space are determined and an analysis of their influence on the efficiency of functioning of stellar
orientation devices is carried out. The impact on the optical system of devices and the receiver of optical
radiation is shown, which leads to a decrease in detection ability and the occurrence of additional errors
in measuring the coordinates of navigation stars. The main methods for reducing the adverse impact on
the functioning of stellar orientation devices are given.
