The problem of average-probability cost estimation due to omission of negative energy-saturated events during implementation of search or monitoring function by unmanned vehicles is formulated and solved. An electric power concept of cost function estimation is proposed, where any omission of any energy-saturated event is estimated by the amount of energy that can be suddenly emitted into the environment due to lack of adequate monitoring information. An electric power equivalent of cost function is proposed and on this basis a probabilistic maximum estimate of average cost value arising due to omission of energy-saturated objects during implementation of UAV monitoring mission is given.
