A method for Optimizing a High-Vacuum
Degassing System for Electric Vacuum Devices
for Monitoring Aircraft Structural Elements |

The paper describes a method for optimizing a high-vacuum installation designed for long-term degassing of
electric vacuum devices during their manufacture by including a special vacuum accumulator in the vacuum
system circuit. The results of operating the installation after optimization are described, and the design of
the installation is described. A technique has been proposed for evacuation and degassing of an electric
vacuum device for monitoring aircraft structural elements using a vacuum accumulator. It is shown that the
implementation of the proposed method makes it possible to reduce the duration of the technological cycle of
a fore-vacuum pump by more than 100 times, while providing signifi cant savings in its resource and energy.
