Architecture of the Information Component
of the Ground Infrastructure for the Advanced
Multi-Satellite Systems Control Based
on Telemetry Measurements |

The paper describes the architecture of the information component of the ground-based infrastructure for advanced
multi-satellite systems control, including a set of modules that provide continuous control, accumulation and
processing of target and telemetry data from small satellites of the system. The analysis of data recovery methods in
telemetric measurements has been performed to assess the possibility of automating the process of their processing.
To detect statistical outliers in the telemetry measurement data, an analysis of the effectiveness of various methods,
including interquartile range, standardized estimation and its modification, was carried out. The effectiveness of
the studied methods at the stage of primary processing is shown; for a more detailed analysis, it is necessary to take
into account the context and situation on board of the satellite.
