Method for Predicting the Remaining Life
of Technological Equipment Based
on the Observed Parameter of the Failure Flow |

The article considers the main factors that have the most significant impact on the functioning of technological
equipment of ground-based space infrastructure facilities, as well as the types of its failures.
The technical feasibility of forecasting the residual life of technological equipment elements of ground-based
space infrastructure facilities, the implementation of measures for timely partial replacement and repair of
elements, the result of which is an increase in the service life of ground-based space structures, is shown.
The relevance of the development of a methodology for predicting the residual life of technological equipment
elements of ground-based space infrastructure facilities based on the observed parameters of the failure fl ow
is substantiated.
Based on the presented methodology, calculations of the values of the residual gamma-percent resource and
its lower confidence limit were performed on a specific example of the initial data, allowing us to conclude
about the technical condition of the element of the ground-based space infrastructure object and its service
life. The practical significance of the methodology presented in the work is shown.
