Chukanov Paper considers a method for comparing dynamic systems based on estimating the interaction of channels (subsystems). Each dynamic system can be associated with a directed graph with weights of arcs – quantitative measures of the mutual influence of subsystems. To evaluate the structure of the graph, the method of participation matrix is used. Based on the directed graph structure, Dawker filtering are formed, which are used in topological data analysis.
