This paper estimates angular velocity of the rotational motion of a small Earth remote sensing spacecraft "Aist-2D" based on measurements of the Earth magnetic field induction vector in the stabilization and program rotation sections. The classical algorithm of the angular velocity estimation, which allows to determine two of its three components perpendicular to the magnetic field induction vector, as well as the estimation algorithm, which can be used to obtain all three components, are used. The results of the estimates are compared with direct measurements of angular velocity.
