Akhobadze The article discusses the principle of building information models, the communication line control station unmanned aircraft (UAV) with its further use in the preliminary design of facilities for high-altitude telecommunication platforms (ECP) on the tethered unmanned aerial vehicles (hereinafter UAV tethered objects) that are used as telecommunication channels, transmission/reception of information. The analysis of the main indicators and characteristics of the proposed information discrete stochastic model for the communication line is given. The evaluation of reliability and effi ciency indicators of information and telecommunication network software with the required amount of RAM is given. This model can be successfully applied to obtain operational information about the state of objects of different nature.
