Fedosov A brief historical summary of the stages of work carried out by JSC «ITC – NPO PM» to ensure long-term operability of the electronic component base (ECB) for space applications is given. It is shown that the creation of specialized test technical centers (TTC) is the optimal approach to the formation of ECB batches of the «Space» quality level. A further way to improve the reliability of ECB for space applications through the joint work of TTC and manufacturing plants to form special parties has been determined.
