TECHNIQUE OF JUSTIFICATION OF MASS-DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OPTICAL-ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT OF THE SMALL SPACECRAFT OF LOW-ORBITAL GROUP OF MONITORING OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS |

Since 2017 the quantity put annually to orbit midget and the small spacecrafts exceeded number of KA weighing more than 500 kg. The projects of the orbital groups realized in the present allow to provide with about tens and even thousands of SS access to the set sites of the Earth’s surface up to real time scale. At the same time producers promise to reduce the cost of creation of SS due to conveyor production for two orders at the invariable level of prices for removal of one kilogram of a payload, i.e. cost of removal of SS will exceed the cost of their creation. Within the executed researches dependences between the required indicators of quality of remote sensing of Earth when monitoring emergency situations are received and massdimensional characteristics of the infrared optical-electronic equipment. The presented results are intended for the solution of a problem of justifi cation of optimum shape of SS at the set requirements to quality of its functioning.
