CONCEPT OF CONFIRMATION OF THE RESOURCE OF THE DEVICE OF SPACE DEVICES OF LONG FUNCTIONING |

The concept of confirming the required resource of on-board equipment of advanced spacecraft of long-term functioning, developed on the basis of unified platforms, is considered. The choice of a rational method for assessing the conformity of on-board equipment to the resource requirements, which is the calculation-experimental method, is substantiated. In this case, the structural reliability diagrams of the equipment, mathematical models describing the structural reliability diagrams and the primary statistical data on the operating time, failures, etc. are used as the initial data. The calculation and experimental method is used to reduce the volume of life tests, their total duration and financial costs, while the tests for life and retention are carried out only on the components of BA, subject to wear and degradation of parameters and having critical elements in terms of resource and retention. Belonging to this kind of equipment is determined by the results of the analysis of the resource and persistence. For the rest of the equipment (mainly electronic, electrical, electromagnetic), which includes highly reliable groups of devices with a reserve, the requirements of the resource and storage are confirmed by the results of the analysis to ensure the resource and storage based on data and guarantees for the applied electronic component base, components and materials , as well as assessing the possibility of degradation of characteristics during the operational period of active existence, taking into account the analysis of the worst case and existing developments of analogues and prototypes. The possibility of replacing BA life tests with measures to tighten the standards of developmental tests at the stage of ground experimental testing is considered. Proposals were made on the procedure for planning life tests of equipment.
