OPTIMIZATION OF A LOW-ORBIT COMMUNICATION SATELLITES CONSTELLATION DISPOSING |

The article considers a numerical method for the approximate calculation of the Earth’s coverage area of communication satellites and the maximum waiting time for communications on the entire planet, as well as the optimization of these values as functions of the orbit parameters.The method is implemented in the form of a software package in C ++ and can be modified both by the number of satellites in the optimized grouping and the structure of the grouping itself, and in the future, by identifying surface areas on which communication should be provided with zero delay.
