RESEARCH EFFECT OF RADIATION FLUX DIRECTIVITY ON RADIAL DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT RESULTS |

The nature of the change in the radiation flux directivity of reflected radiation beams is analyzed, depending on the change in the optical properties of the objects being monitored. The effect of the redistribution of the intensity of the light fl ux inside the cone of the reflected radiation beam on the measurement results of the radial displacements of objects is estimated. The directions of further research are identified with the aim of developing methods for compensating for measurement errors, increasing sensitivity, and expanding the measurement range.
