The article formulates the main directions of using the methodological apparatus of functional modeling as a tool for the primary formalization of integrated technical control (ITC) processes for protecting information from leakage through vibro-acoustic channels at aerospace enterprises (ASE) to represent the functional characteristics of these processes in the form of mathematical models. A system of mathematical models is given for evaluating the temporal characteristics of functions, procedures, and stages, using vibro-acoustic reconnaissance (VAR) equipment in the process of implementing ITC measures. Corresponding analytical expressions are given.
