METHOD FOR ASSESSING THE FAULT TOLERANCE OF SPACECRAFT COMPUTING MODULES |

Ensuring the stability of on-board digital systems (BCC) of spacecraft (SC) is of particular importance. Modern technologies associated with the development of the electronic component base are the basis for improving the architecture of the BCC. However, direct methods of analysis and BCC do not allow to fully realize these advantages. A promising direction for solving this problem is the creation of fault-tolerant MSCs that tend to gradually degrade while maintaining their operability as the severity of failures increases, taking into account the emerging restrictions. However, the existing scientific and methodological apparatus of the theory of fault tolerance of computer systems has a number of significant limitations. The proposed modified method makes it possible to evaluate the fault tolerance of the computing modules of digital devices of electronic equipment based on experimental data on electronic radio products. The implementation of the proposed element allows to obtain quantitative and qualitative estimates of the fault tolerance of the computing modules of digital devices.
