Ematin The calculation of the main geometric dimensions and electromagnetic parameters of a high-speed generator of permanent magnets. Computer simulation methods have analyzed three main topologies of disk generators to evaluate performance and compare mass-energy characteristics. The dependences of the output voltage on the load current were obtained, the specific weights were determined, the eddy current losses in permanent magnets were estimated, the influence of the width of the tangentially magnetized magnets in the Halbach array on the maximum value of the generator output voltage was also studied. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the design of a high-speed disk generator with double-sided external rotors with Halbach arrays and an iron-free stator has a lower specific weight, low eddy current losses and at the same time has a hard external characteristic compared to the designs of disk generators containing magnetic circuits. Changing the width of the tangentially magnetized magnets in the Halbach array allows you to increase the maximum generated voltage, which allows you to design generators of this type more energy efficient.
