EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES OF HIGH-SPEED GENERATORS
FROM AMPLIFIED STATOR STAINLESS STEEL CONDUCTORS |

The article presents the technology of stator magnetic core manufacturing for highspeed
power generators for unmanned aerial vehicles. The novelty is that the stator
core is made of amorphous iron. This makes it possible to increase the effi ciency
of an electric machine by 1…2 % and to reduce the losses in the stator magnetic
circuit by a factor of 5…7. The paper considers various design schemes of power
generators for unmanned aerial vehicles, which can be realized using the proposed
technology. Each of these constructive schemes is created in practice and subjected
to experimental research. The results of experimental studies are also given in this
article.
