Drozd A mathematical model of the project cycle microelectronic systems based on the process approach as a combination of set-theoretic, matrix and state machine models, suitable for use in an integrated information environment of the design bureau of «System on a chip» circuits is considered. The defi nition of the business process as applied to the design of microelectronic systems is given. The location of the business process in the structure of an integrated information environment of the design bureau is shown.
