INTEGRAL METHODS OF SELECTION, IDENTIFICATION AND MONITORING OF TELEMETRY DATA THE SPACECRAFT ON THE BACKGROUND OFTELEVISION PICTURES |

This article describes approaches and propose methods to control telemetry in-formation (TMI), transmitted as character messages on the background of the TV image. Such methods of transmission and display of information has long been used in flight and Russian spacecraft have proven themselves well. How-ever, unlike TMI transmitted on a separate channel, the task of automated pro-cessing of TMI in combined form is still not solved the problems due to the se-lection and identification of useful information. In contrast to the existing tradi-tional methods based on the decomposition of the general control tasks into sub-tasks, and pairwise sequence comparison of all monitored parameters with the standard, the essence of the proposed methods is complex while addressing all three objectives (selection, recognition and control of TMI). The methods are based on a combination of (cash) in a certain way the current and reference im-ages and display them on the TV screen. This clearly manifest discrepancy ac-tual values of monitored parameters from their expected values. Also automati-cally solve the problem of selection and identification almost no cost extra ef-fort. The result is the same as in the case of complex and costly traditional methods and devices. It should be noted that the method for detecting changes TMI based on dynamic changes in velocity differences character telemetry mes-sages and background television images. TMI control method with periodic reg-istration formats, based on a comparison of the actual values of telemetry pa-rameters, presented in the form of combined frames with character information displayed on the background of TV images with their reference values presented in the form of a frame with the character information. TMI control method com-bining with the current and reference images TMI uses the comparison signal current and reference images TMI with a large number of monitored parame-ters. In general, each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages and can be used successfully in the spacecraft flight control loop in certain are-as of convergence with the orbital station. The main advantages of the proposed methods are most evident when used in operational work in real-time pace for the rapid discovery of the occurrence of abnormality and fault localization.
