ON THE POSSIBILITY OF HIGH PRECISION CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT LIDAR REMOTE SENSING OF THE EARTH BY MEANS OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE |

The problems of constructing of autonomous positioning system in the Earth`s atmosphere for aerial vehicles without the constant involvement of satellite navigation systems and assess their accuracy are considered. It is shown that such a system can determines objects within 10…100 mm error. The system uses additional measurements of towers deviation and meteoparameters in tower arrangement, and at the location of a moving object. The assessment of the accuracy of the positioning of flying objects on orbits 500 km high was made. Such a system can be used in case of unavailability of satellite positioning systems, moreover, in some cases it may be cheaper and more effective option to solve some particular geophysical and lidar problems.
