IDENTIFICATION OF A RELATIVE POSITIONING OF NAVIGATION SATELLITES ON THE BASIS OF MEASUREMENT OF INTER-SATELLITE DISTANCES |

The solution of a problem of identification of a relative positioning of navigation satellites on the basis of use of simple methods of inter-satellite radio - and laser measurements is considered. The algorithm proposed identification scheme mutual arrangement of navigation satellites by measuring the inter-satellite distances allows to determine their current location directly on board the satellite, thereby reducing the computing load on consumer tracking and telemetry receiver stations and increases the autonomy of the satellite constellation, using simple methods and radio laser measurement, allowing to increase the accuracy of determining the position of satellites in space because of the greater accuracy inter-satellite measurements made in space, as compared to telemetry, subject to the influence of atmospheric disturbances.
