Kovin One of the modern development of the applied television systems is a more complete account of the spectral «color» attributes of the objects in the selection of the input level multispectral television systems. C taking into account the progress made to date features air surveillance systems confirmed the possibility of using «color» without reducing the effectiveness of the operator when using the TV equipment on defined ranges. Color differences, including by reducing the illumination of the scene, and at the same time is possible to use not only the brightness but also the spectral features. The effect, which manifests itself as a sharp scene change image color as a whole and the individual pieces in a single implementation cycle observation can be compensated by rationally selected color coordinate system, in which it is possible to provide a valuation of the brightness and color difference changes. By using information about the spectral characteristics (color) image of the scene can be increased probability of detection of an object by 1.5 times. Featured payment option changes «color» when you change the brightness of the current TV image allows you to create space-spectral reference image as the value of the color image function of the analyzed object classes, which opens up the possibility of creating adaptive systems operating in real time.
