SIGNAL PROCESSING AND SELECTION TELEMETRY DATA SPACECRAFT IN THE TELEVISION IMAGE

For decades during the dynamic modes of manned spacecraft «Soyuz» cargospacecraft «Progress» and the Russian segment of the International Space Station (ISS) information on the system of traffic control transport and cargo spacecraft (SC) is transmitted to both telemetry (TM), and TV channels. In this case, the TMboard the spacecraft transmitted information on TV channel in co-operation with the TV image of the spacecraft, formed with an external board TV cameras. TM information about dynamic parameters of spacecraft motion is displayed as asymbol on a background of TV satellites images. Change event is characterized by a change in the relevant letter messages. The role and importance of information TV even more increased after the introduction of the practice of accelerated space (4 interturn) convergence mode (2013), In which the most crucial portion extends outside the Russian NPC. It should be noted that the issues of selection and recognition of character information in the TV images of the approaching spacecraft are not well understood. The search for new principles, methods of improvement and recognition devices, the optimization of information processing algorithms, the study of issues related to the display of information and bringing it up to the consumer requires further its development. In fact, the automatic selection board symbol TM information on the background of a TV image with its subsequent processing and analysis in real time has not yet been carried out both in our country and abroad. This article provides a general transmission and reception of TV signals image circuit on board the spacecraft to the MCC. Examines and analyzes perceptual characteristics of telemetry signals in TV images approaching spacecraft, signal processing for selection and recognizing the character information TM, and basic types of arrangements preliminary signal processing and pattern recognition methods of breeding character TM information signals on an arbitrary background television images. We give species formed telemetry data based on character information recognition results.
