Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back ACTUATORS FAILURES DETECTION, ISOLATION AND CONCRETE DEFINITION USING NONLINEAR PLANT QUADRATIC MODEL R.L. Leibov This paper presents actuators failures detection, isolation and concrete definition technique using hypothesis testing and set of nonlinear Kalman filters based on nonlinear plant quadratic model. The matrices of quadratic model are estimated using nonlinear model control variable and state variable time responses. The results of proposed technique application for aircraft turbofan engine fuel flow dosing actuator failure detection, isolation and concrete definition are presented.
