Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back METHODS AND INFORMATION RESOURCES OF MONITORING AND INTELLIGENT ANALYSIS OF EARTH REMOTE SENSING DATA OF THE ARCTIC ZONE M.V. Khachumov, A.V. Latyshev In this article the current state of the aerospace monitoring of the Arctic zone is analyzed. Systematization of monitoring tasks is carried out, classification of methods for the analysis of Earth remote sensing (ERS) data is given, information resources developed to solve the tasks of the situation analysis, search and recognition of target objects in images are defined. Generalization of knowledge is carried out on the basis of the analytical review of the available sources and publications in the field of monitoring, research and analysis of satellite data. In the final part of the article we propose monitoring methods that can be implemented in land monitoring stations (automated workplaces of analysts).
