TENSOR MODEL OF OVERALL LIFE CYCLE PROCESSES OF AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT |

The paper is dedicated to revealing and study of various models of life cycle pro-cesses of aircraft products development. The aim of the study is to create a process model completely covering the life cycle of complex systems development, ensuring the reliability of developed aircraft products and a positive impact on product quality while minimizing developing cost. As part of this task the analysis and classification of processes used in the design of III generation integrated modular avionics components are carried out. The processes of software, hardware, systems, inte-grated modular avionics and aircraft development are analyzed. The life cycle pro-cesses of complex systems development and the levels of their membership are shown. The enterprise and technical project processes are defined. The effects of incorrect membership level determination are analyzed. The models of each devel-opment stage are analyzed. A high degree of consistency with its traditional-stage models is pointed out. An example of process matching to the key development stages is shown. The integrated processes demonstrating the links between the integrated processes are identified. Based on them, a two-dimensional model, which takes into account the development processes and stages, is built. The models of various products development life cycle are shown. It has been argued that the life cycle model of various products corresponds to their complexity levels. A tensor model of aircraft and aircraft systems development life cycle processes is proposed. In contrast to the two-dimensional model it allows completely cover the set, the direction and the content of the information flows of all aircraft product development processes at all stages and levels.
