THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF THE CHIP FORMATION ZONE AS THE BASIS OF THERMAL ANALYSIS AT A CONTROLLED FLOW CHANGE |

Non-stationary cutting hard materials used in the manufacture of parts for aviation and space exploration is considered. The influence of the cutting conditions non-stationary elements (cutting speed, feed, depth of cut) on the average temperature in the cutting zone is given. Flat scheme of deformed state at variable cutting thickness (variable flow), confirmed the experimental data is considered. The analysis of the variable flow influence, its derivative and the sign of the derivative on the mechanics of cutting, deformation characteristics (coefficient of thickening chips, shear angle, the degree of plastic deformation) are given. The dependence of the deformation characteristics and their character changes from the filing are set.
