Aerospace technologiesare developing dynamically both due to increasing volumes of products and services being realized on international market and due to intro-duction of new types of such products, newsuppliers and customers. This high-tech field is a priority for Russian Federation, maintenance and consolidation of its leading positions in both the military and civilian sectors are important today. To solve this problem through international integration among other tasks, it is neces-sary to ensure the quality of measurements. For aviation and space systems, along with the traditional characteristics of the quality of measurements – accuracy, va-lidity, repeatability, etc., technical and metrological reliability step forward.
