Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING OF THE TEST AND MEASURING SYSTEMS BASED ON RUSSIAN MODULAR DEVICES BASED IN OPEN STANDARDS VXI, LXI, AXIe FOR ON-STAND AND FUNCTIONAL TESTING OF COMPONENTS AND ASSEMBLIES S.N. Zaychenko The report examines topical issues of development and modernization of the test and measurement systems based on modular instruments which are designed and manufactured in Russia and assigned to carry out various measuring tasks for on-stand and functional testing of components and assemblies of the aerospace applications. All these modular instruments are based on the open international standards VXI, PXI, LXI, AXIe. A vast experience of leading Russian companies which use the test and measuring equipment based on above-mentioned standards for testing their products (aircraft and rocket engines, avionics, spacecrafts, etc.) confirms the validity of such solutions for development and production of the high-end test and measurement systems. All solutions and products of Informtest are completely developed and manufactured in Russian Federation and in many ways are superior to their foreign analogs, thereby they help to reduce time and cost of testing and improve significantly reliability of target applications.
