Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back Research the methods of runway information reception for the purpose of display in synthetic vision systems Shelagurova M.S. There are considered the methods of reception of the runway information for display in Synthetic Vision System in article. One of data sources is the method of air laser scanning which allows to create shape-files with the description of three-dimensional coordinates of all object points. Besides, there are considered such sources of the information, as maps of SXF format, the Aeronavigation information of format ARINC 424, databases (DB) of airports maps, prepared according to specification ARINC 816. It is necessary to notice, that the data received from these formats, do not contain information of runway height that does not allow to use them for problems of launch and planting in real onboard complexes. Despite various sources of data, in onboard complexes of flying machines should be runway database in the uniform optimised structure. Therefore during researches the general structure of the information about runway has been developed. Besides, program-mathematical modelling of runway display in three-dimensional space in Synthetic Vision Systems has been spent.
