All history of development of civilizations on the Earth is connected with exploration of atmosphere, hydrosphere and space near and far. Application of devices in the form of a disk will create base for projects of unique technical complexes which will be capable to solve multi-purpose continental and intercontinental problems in various environments. Devices in the form of a disk have the following design prospect: small resistance to flight; vertical take off and landing; high durability of a design; high degree of use of internal volumes for transportation of passengers and cargoes (especially big overall dimensions); raised safety in flight and at a crash landing; high speed of lifting (300…350 km/h); convenience at air field service (first of all refusal of use of enormous territories of airdromes); a high ceiling of flight and possibility of an exit on the orbital flight; high speeds of horizontal flight. Modern atmospheric, space vehicles and submarines certain physical substantiations have variety of forms. These substantiations lean against laws of interaction of the device that environment in which they move.
