Recharging of electrical unmanned aerial vehicles: overview of state-of-the-art developments and challenging solutions |

The paper mainly presents an overview concerning the issue of electrical UAVs' flight range and endurance enhancement. The whole spectrum of various feasible solutions for UAVs' power sources charging systems is shown. As existing solutions are presented as only theoretically known now but perspective in the nearest future. The overview is made generally on the basis of foreign information sources but some domestic projects are presented too, particularly, proposed by authors. Features of structure and circuit design for terrestrial and onboard parts of charging systems are considered.
