Assessment of the possible effect of composite materials in aircraft modification stage

The work is devoted to developing models and methods for assessing whether reduction of the starting weight of disposable UAVs to increase flight range by introducing them to the design of composite materials during their modification. As a preliminary evaluation criteria changes to reduce the launch mass of aircraft can be considered the maximum design value of the horizontal distance of the aircraft subject to the performance of the tactical and technical specifications and restore the appearance of forms derived from the research project. In the example shown in the pre-designed conditional real disposable unmanned aircraft-range estimate at appropriate technique to reduce its starting mass to increase the maximum horizontal range of its use through the introduction of its component parts made of composite materials. On the basis of the criterion of «cost–effectiveness» received recommendations feasibility of new materials during the modification of the aircraft.
