Shurman On-board computing systems bit-stream subprocessors interdiagnostics system is presented, which is alternative for systems with built-in hardware faults monitoring aids. It is pointed that using “hot” hardware reserves based parry faults methods and aids it is possible to raise tenfold bit-stream subprocessors interdiagnostics system lifetime as compared with VLSI components nonfailure operating time.
