Shiryaeva The paper proposes the parametric-feedback structure synthesis, citing, as an example, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) normal-acceleration stabilization, in the case of a plant control non-stationary process which is characterized in a linear model of motion by the ram-action change.
