Identification of distributed parameters of the atmosphere using tethered balloon system |

Author proposes the method for identifying the distribution of wind speeds for height based
on the analysis of motion parameters tethered balloon system using artificial neural networks (ANN) and fuzzy logic methods. Tethered balloon system consists of a balloon, an extended flexible connection (tether) and the mooring system. The dynamics of such systems of objects described by nonlinear differential equations with partial derivatives. Author used the method
of ANN training with back-propagation and the methods of fuzzy logic for postprocessing
the output of ANN. Author proposes the technique of training artificial neural network based
