The fail-safe gyromoment system of SESat communication satellite motion control |

The outcomes of dynamic researches are set up at designing of the attitude control system of the maiden Russian-European communication satellite SESat (Siberian - Europеan SATellite), which was put into orbit on April 17, 2000. Computational term of active existence of the satellite is not less than 10 years. The features of simulation are described an instrumental structure and operational modes of the attitude control system, the methods of dynamic research and computer simulation utilised during designing are indicated. Some particular outcomes on guaranteed accuracy characteristics of attitude control space vehicles SESat, affirmed experimental data obtained in flights at exploitation of the satellite are shown. |
