Adaptive control algorithm by loading of rigid structures |

At the tests of constructions are applied the linear or quasilinear executive mechanisms – the hydraulic cylinders. The speed of a rod of hydraulic cylinders is proportional to the working fluid consumption coming to the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinders. The control of the consumption is carried out by current on entrance circuits of the electro hydraulic amplifier (EHA). For non-loaded hydraulic cylinders it is possible to note almost linear dependence of speed from current except for area of small currents. This area represents practical interest for a task of durability tests of rather stiff construction. In this case of working fluid consumption through EHA should be small, that results in essential nonlinear connection of speed of the rod hydraulic cylinders and control signal. In article the numerical research of loading process of a stiff construction is executed. The research problem was the development of simple discrete control algorithms taking into account nonlinearity of the characteristic of system EHA + hydraulic cylinders. |
