Голован Mathematical models of the velocity determination problem using Doppler and carrier phase differential satellite observations are described. Traditional approach for the velocity determination consists in direct numerical differentiation of the carrier phase position solution. This approach is highly sensitive to the errors caused by incorrect resolution of the carrier phase ambiguities. Proposed approach uses raw satellite observations and this allows avoiding the ambiguity resolution problem. The experience of the usage of these algorithms in airborne gravimetry problem shows its efficiency.
